When considering the theme of regeneration, one might expect their expertise on the subject to present easily; we are all actively immersed in the cycle moment to moment, day to day, identity to identity. Even at a cellular level, our bodies are vehicles of creation, constantly at work, unconsciously adapting, mending, learning and growing. The regeneration cycle. It may not be comfortable and it is not meant to be.
